Getting the job done: I was having difficulty accessing a site where documents were posted. I called several different phone numbers & kept trying throughout a Saturday morning. I kept the borrower informed. Finally, I was able to reach someone at the office & get documents sent via email so the signing was completed on time. After completing the signing, I sent an email to the hiring company with status. Response: "I appreciate your status updates! I wish all our notaries did this for me!!"
